Rev. David Thomas
Associate Pastor, Music/Sr. Adults

David and his wife, Theresa, came to Sebring in January of 2006, from Nashville, TN.   David has served in music and worship ministries in NC, GA and TN.  Their adult children, Melita and Nathan, currently reside in Nashville, where Melita is Editor of Younger Children’s VBS materials with LifeWay, and Nathan,works in the music industry as a bass player and recording engineer and producer.  Theresa serves as a Preschool Ministries consultant with LifeWay Church Resources and the Florida Baptist Convention.  David spends his leisure time kayaking and working in his flower beds... and working on a MS in Psychology Counseling at Palm Beach Atlantic University, Orlando.  David’s life verse is Colossians 3:23.
 
 
 
 Rev. Joseph Delph
Associate Pastor/ Minister of Students & Activities
 
Joe,his wife Amber and daughter Hayley joined the staff of First Baptist in May, 2007.  Joe is a graduate of Bryan College in TN, and Southern Seminary in Louisville, KY.  Joe's interests are golf, computers, guitar, basketball, football, & music. .  He loves discipling students and helping them grow into productive members of the Body of Christ.  His Life Scripture passage is Psalm 84.

George grew up in Orlando, graduated from the University of Florida and served in the U.S. Air Force before moving permanently to Sebring with his wife, Carol, in 1974.  In 2006 their son, Stephen and daughter-in-law Sharla, presented them with their first grandson, Joel.  Before coming on staff at First Baptist, George worked in banking for 23 years.
 
 
 
Ministry Assistant, Music/Sr. Adults
 
Lynda loves travel, cruises, vacations and food.  She and husband, Eddie are in the midst of renovating their home.  Her pride and joy is her daughter Emily.  If you have a few minutes, she'll tell you all about Emily's accomplishments.  She is a "doer" who really gets the job done, whatever it may be.

Bobbie and her husband, Bill, have 4 children, Susan, Sam, Rob and Megan.  They have 5 grandchildren, Sean, Chelsee, Caylee, Kaitlyn and Clem.  Bobbie and Bill enjoy visiting Florida's beautiful state parks and spending time with those 5 genius grandchildren!  Bobbie's Life Verse is Romans 8:1.
 
 
Director, Weekday Preschool
 
Becky and her husband Louis moved to Sebring in 1997 with their daughter Hannah. Becky worked as the Children’s Ministry Director before becoming the Weekday Preschool Director. After many years of prayer they welcomed their second daughter Faith in Jan 2005. Becky loves shopping, swimming, decorating and scrapbooking.
